Adam Clater is a Chief Architect in the CTO Organization at Red Hat, where he works globally with federal agencies, system integrators, and Red Hat partners to advance enterprise open source adoption. With over two decades of experience in federal IT and sales, Adam is a recognized thought leader who is frequently featured in media and engaged by agency executives, Senate and House staff, and product leadership to align government needs with enterprise technology.
He began his IT career at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1997 and has since held senior technical roles across public and private sectors. Adam is passionate about supporting digital equity and technology education in underserved communities.
