As the senior director of solutions architecture for Red Hat’s NA Public Sector, Evong manages over 100 individuals focused on delivering solutions to government customers that leverage the best of breed open source technology, like Kubernetes and Linux. In her 15 years at Red Hat, she has served in multiple leadership capacities across the company, including building the Emerging Technology Specialist Solutions Architecture team for public sector and helping to build the Federal Civilian consulting business from the ground up. Evong is an empathetic servant leader who is accessible to everyone in the organization and focuses on empowering individuals.
